The last Business Alpha course in the autumn of 2007 was preceded by two taster talks on the subject "Christianity: boring, untrue and irrelevant?"  These talks, in the Roxburghe Hotel, were designed to allow people to dip a toe in the water without any obligation and were given by Ewan Aitken, a Church of Scotland minister and leader of the Labour Group on Edinburgh City Council, and Dr Luis Palau, the renowned Argentinian evangelist.

In the autumn of 2008 we ran a "God at Work" course.  It began with a taster talk by a high-profile guest speaker, none other than the author of the book of this name, Ken Costa, Deputy Chairman of Lazard in the City of London.  His talk was entitled "Finding Your Purpose At Work".  To find out more about Ken Costa, read a report on what he said, or indeed to listen to a recording of his 30 minute talk click here.
